最近咖啡豆報價持續高昂，Toby烘豆師努力尋找風味和價格平衡的咖啡豆讓我們的粉絲朋友能盡情享受咖啡不受荷包影響。這次我們挑選哥斯大黎加塔拉珠黑晶莊園日曬豆，習慣性Toby的基本就打樣杯測，在杯測發覺淺烘焙和淺中都可以得該咖啡的風味，不過Toby在這次日曬風味中發現黑晶的咖啡醇厚度，故我們選擇讓咖啡在淺焙尾段可以讓味道在輕盈一些讓整體風味更好，無論在手沖、虹吸、義式單品上都能輕鬆勝任你對咖啡風味的掌控。風味評測：莓果、可可、楓糖、果漿。
