哥斯大黎加一直是Toby烘豆師喜愛咖啡產豆國之一，無論精品或商用級咖啡豆都是能展現非常棒的風味表現，這次選購哥斯大黎加 布蘭卡 奇里波美景莊園 卡杜艾/卡杜依 黑蜜經過烘焙打樣杯測後，發現淺中至中焙都能有非常好的口感與風味，Toby烘豆師決定採用淺中焙來應付逐漸變暖的天氣，一入口熟柑橘與芒果滋味就讓人難以忘懷，尤其中段的李子、太妃糖風味點綴其中，後段微微可可風味，讓以為對哥大咖啡豆過於溫和的印象大大的凸顯不同。風味評測：熱帶水果、太妃糖、李子、可可。
