哥倫比亞天堂92莊園在去年受到大家的喜愛,這次繼續引進同莊園的熱衝擊厭氧發酵的鐵筆卡種,這次咖啡生豆相當均勻來自1800-2000公尺的高海拔,經過打樣杯測後在淺至淺中烘焙上都能得到非常好的風味呈現,近日天氣日漸溫暖Toby烘豆師決定讓這支咖啡使用淺烘焙。從沖煮開始的的乾香氣就有很明顯玫瑰香氣,一入口玫瑰花香和蜜桃香氣讓人驚艷不已,待咖啡液溫冷後很明顯的蜜桃奶茶感,後段的荔枝、莓果風味層次表現相當豐富。風味評測:玫瑰花、蜜桃奶茶、荔枝、莓果。
