來自約莫1900公尺的肯亞奇林雅加產區的凱麗米庫處理廠，肯亞咖啡的一直以來都是咖啡控必備產品之一，Toby身為烘豆師也對肯亞充滿喜愛，尤其在配方豆的運用更顯技巧。這次水洗的AA Top的生豆品質相當良好，經過Toby打樣烘焙、杯測後在淺中烘焙後段的椪柑滋味更加明顯，同樣是以後段風味為主的烘焙讓喉韻的甜感更加明顯，一入口肯亞產區風味特色滿上湧現，椪柑、香橙口感源源不絕在口腔味蕾上跳舞，中後段的紅梅花感與伯爵奶茶氣息平衡發展，猶如一場森巴嘉年華般熱鬧，無論咖啡溫度熱、溫、以及冷卻後風味十足，喜愛水果風味的你，誠摯推薦。風味評測：香橙、椪柑、紅莓、伯爵奶茶。
