宏都拉斯一直以來都是Toby烘豆師的選購愛豆之一，這次的宏都拉斯花園莊園 伊卡杜/帕卡斯 日曬是Toby烘豆師喜歡的味道沒有過多發酵風味。這次選購自花園莊園的咖啡豆，生豆是伊卡圖和帕卡斯混合產區豆貌相當均勻。經過杯測後Toby烘豆師發現淺焙和中焙都非常適合，由於天氣仍非常炎熱濕悶，故選擇烘焙淺焙焙度讓大家可以好好的喝杯清爽咖啡。風味：莓果、柳橙、榛果、杏仁。
