這次Toby烘豆師挑選與花蝶同一家生豆貿易商的精選咖啡豆,豆貌相當均勻漂亮打開生豆袋後一股青草香氣,非常新鮮。經過打樣杯測,我們決定選用淺中烘焙,因為這個焙度的丰為最為豐富,一入口的野薑花的白花香氣相當明顯,在溫度高的時候一股焦糖香氣尤為豐富,待咖啡降溫後的柑橘香氣一直源源不絕,中後段有股杏桃口感、咖啡甜度讓一飲而盡,推薦給喜愛花果香調性的朋友們。風味評測:野薑花、杏桃、柑橘、焦糖。
