哥斯大黎加一直以來咖啡饕客的最愛之一，Toby烘豆師最近陸續選用的哥大咖啡豆都頗受歡迎，尤其在蜜處理表現下沒有太多過膩口感，同時我們的客群也不愛發酵過度的咖啡豆，這次超推薦哥斯大黎加塔拉珠唐梅奧處理廠紅蜜處理。這次Toby打樣杯測後決定採用淺中焙，因為在淺中烘焙中獨特蜂蜜甜感特別明顯，熱熱的飲用有著一股淡淡的柑橘味，帶溫度略降又有著乾淨的淡淡柚子清香，著實讓讚不絕口的一次飲盡。風味評測：柑橘、奶油、蜂蜜、柚子。
