有一段時間沒有引進厭氧系列的咖啡豆,這次挑上的是哥倫比亞青草莊園的紅波旁同時也是採用雙重厭氧蜜處理,這次Toby烘豆師利用烘焙的小技巧,利用熱風傳導效應先豆芯比豆表效應多一點,可以讓看上去是淺中烘焙在沖煮時卻得到一杯完美接近中焙與淺中焙之間口感的咖啡,甜度風味卻更加明顯。尤其後段甜感一直像浮泉的不斷茂上來,酸度又保留較多一些刺激味蕾,這次的青草莊園咖啡豆沒有過多發酵感,一入口的橘子糖、黑蜜李風味相當顯著,中後段又帶著蘋果、檸檬乾的特殊滋味,誠摯推薦給我們的粉絲朋友。風味評測:黑蜜李、檸檬乾、橘子糖、蘋果。
